Online Scheduling

Thank you for using our online scheduling system! When you press the button above you will be asked to make an account with your name, email and phone number and then you can choose from a drop down menu of therapists or infrared sauna. Any date in the calendar in white has available times. If the date is grey, the schedule is full. Cancellations happen all the time so do check back to get in sooner!

When you click on the time in the calendar that you want, you must also click a confirm button to complete your booking. You will automatically be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email then the booking was not completed.

You will also receive a reminder email the day before your appointment. If you do not, it is possible that your email filtered it into a junk folder. You may need to add our email to your contacts to ensure delivery.
