Gina received her license to practice bodywork in 2017 from Lane Community College. Her approach blends body and energy work with a focus on the fascia, pressure points, Thai bodywork techniques, Craniosacral therapy, and Reiki. Her work allows the body and mind time to respond and integrate, allowing for a deeply relaxing, effective and energizing session. Clients may also request cupping, solely Craniosacral, or solely Reiki just before entering our session.
Gina has been a practicing herbalist since 2011. She has completed two different programs of herbal study here in Oregon, and is a lifelong student. She offers high quality herbal remedies that have been grown and harvested from her garden, or ethically wildcrafted.
She has also practiced yoga for over 15 years and has experienced that with consistency, yoga can be one of the best practices for a vital body, mind and soul. She will freely share what knowledge she has about this when asked and will offer exercises and stretches to do at home.
Accepted insurances include Providence, BCBS Regence and MVA, and she is contracted with ASH/Healthnet network.
